If i could give more stars for the kind women who i spoke to today i would, not only did she help me within minutes.. when iv been back and forth all day with insurance companies she was also very bubbly and a kind approach on the phone very professional but still jokey and makes you feel comfortable where as usually being on calls can make me anxious which can result in me coming across as rude if only every customer service worker was like her :)
